MM Winemaker

The wines are crafted by MM Winemaker, a historic vineyard located in Italy’s renowned Puglia region. With over 500 years of winemaking expertise, MM Winemaker blends Italian heritage with Leo Messi’s vision to produce exceptional wines of outstanding quality. The grapes are hand-selected and processed with meticulous care, resulting in unique and refined flavors in every bottle.

GOAT 10 Collection

The Lionel Goat 10 Collection brings together two bold Italian reds from the 2022 vintage:

Primitivo Puglia IGT
Syrah Sicilia IGT

From Puglia, the Primitivo offers rich notes of ripe red fruits, spice, and a full, velvety body. From Sicily, the Syrah impresses with vibrant ruby hues, soft tannins, and a bouquet of blackberries, cherries, and subtle spice. Together, these wines celebrate the depth, character, and tradition of Italy’s most iconic wine regions.

GOAT 10 – Sicilia Syrah I.G.T

Lionel Collection GOAT 10 Sicilia Syrah I.G.T is crafted in Sicily from 100% Syrah grapes (vintage 2022). The vines are spur-pruned, with manual harvesting between September and October. The winemaking process includes soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature, and skin maceration, followed by 12 months of aging in barrels.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Intense ruby red.
Aromas: Dark fruits, blackberries, subtle floral notes.
Palate: Harmonious blend of black cherry, spice, and velvety tannins.

The vinification involves soft pressing, controlled fermentation, and maceration on the skins, followed by 8 months of barrel aging.

Aromas: Ethereal, fruity (fruit jam), and spicy.
Palate: Structured, well-balanced, and tannic.

LIONEL COLLECTION GOAT 10 SICILIA SYRAH I.G.T is a wine crafted in Sicily from 100% Syrah grapes, classified as Syrah I.G.T., vintage 2022. The vines are trained using the spur pruning system, with manual harvesting in boxes between September and October. Vinification involves soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature, and skin maceration, followed by 12 months of barrel aging. It displays an intense ruby red color with aromas of dark fruits, blackberries, and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it offers a harmonious blend of black cherry, spice, and velvety tannins. With 14% alcohol content and 9 g/l of sugar, it is best served at 16-18°C to fully appreciate its character.

GOAT 10 - PUGLIA PRIMITIVO I.G.T

LIONEL COLLECTION GOAT 10 PUGLIA PRIMITIVO I.G.T is a wine from Puglia, made from Primitivo grapes, classified as Primitivo I.G.T., vintage 2022. The vines are cultivated using the spur pruning system, with manual harvesting in boxes during September. The vinification process includes soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature, and maceration on the skins, followed by 8 months of barrel aging. It showcases an intense ruby red color with ethereal, fruity (fruit jam), and spicy aromas. On the palate, it is structured, well-balanced, and tannic. With 14% alcohol content and 9 g/l of sugar, it is best enjoyed at a serving temperature of 16-18°C.
